Tools and Technologies Confluence Jira Google Suite Requirements: 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software development environment. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (particularly with Scrum). Strong understanding of document development lifecycle (DDLC). Experience in writing technical content for APIs, SaaS products, or developer tools. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics. Previous experience writing technical documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and with others by partially covering the US time zone (till 1 PM ET). Extremely organized with strong time-management skills. Advanced skills in documentation tools and technologies. Excellent command of English with strong grammar, spelling, and writing clarity. Nice to have: Familiarity with UX/UI design principles. Experience using API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger). Education: A bachelor's degree in English, communications, or a degree in a technical field such as IT, computer science, healthcare, or engineering.
