Proven experience (4+ years) as an IT Business Analyst in the insurance or financial sector. Strong hands-on experience with the Guidewire platform (ClaimCenter, or PolicyCenter). Solid understanding of insurance processes. Knowledge of BPMN or other business process modeling techniques.
