W RTB House szukamy doświadczonego Product Designera, który pomoże nam rozwijać złożone, ale niezwykle ciekawe produkty w środowisku pełnym technologii, danych i ludzi o wysokich kompetencjach. Obecnie w zespole projektowym jest 28 osób, w tym dwóch designerów, którzy na co dzień współtworzą rozwiązania bezpośrednio z zespołami produktowymi. Twoją rolą będzie nie tylko optymalizacja istniejących interfejsów, ale przede wszystkim aktywne projektowanie nowych — w ścisłej współpracy z frontend developerami, analitykami i zespołami biznesowymi.

Szukamy osoby, która potrafi patrzeć szerzej niż tylko przez pryzmat UI — myśli analitycznie, umie wychwytywać kluczowe problemy i nie boi się proponować odważnych, ale uzasadnionych rozwiązań. Jeśli zależy Ci na realnym wpływie, działaniu w dojrzałym, wspierającym zespole i projektowaniu produktów, z których ludzie naprawdę korzystają — porozmawiajmy.
