Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (preferably in system implementation or migration projects). Proven experience managing ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM/ITIL platforms. Strong understanding of migration processes, including configuration, integration, and validation steps. Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across international, cross-functional teams. Fluent English (C1+) – mandatory. German – highly beneficial but not required. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic ServiceNow migration project for a global automotive organization. The goal is to consolidate several local ticketing systems into one global ServiceNow platform You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the full migration process — from initial analysis and roadmap definition to implementation, configuration, and post-migration validation.
