Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Applied Math, Physics combined with relevant experience Experience working with complex mathematical problems Hands-on experience with software development and architecture Experience with AI supported SDLC 3 or more years of related management work experience Exposure to the following technologies: C#/C/C++ implementation Distributed Systems Mathematical algorithms Computation optimization Cloud native tech stack: k8s, Kafka Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills, critical thinker, and self-starter. Superior communications skills with all levels of employees and both internal and external customers-including presentations, negotiations, and written reports. The opportunity Lead a team delivering implementations of applications that address real Power Grid challenges, while contributing to technical decisions, architecture, and DevOps practices.
