Advanced data analysis experience. You must have expert knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, Power Query and complex formulae to produce portfolio/programme performance analysis and dashboards Good understanding of Portfolio / Project Management frameworks and methodologies e.g. Waterfall / Agile and associated best practice techniques with demonstrable experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role Very good knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project or equivalent for the creation of projects and provision of basic support to users Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
