System Engineer

Essential Requirements University degree and up to 5 years of related experience in at least one of the following areas: - applying SRE practices to automation frameworks, infrastructure management, monitoring and troubleshooting, using tools such as Salt, Zabbix / - networking and vCenter preferably for large scale distributed environments.   Strong programming skills in Python. Knowledge of Linux, networking, shell scripting. Experience working with high availability services in private cloud or hybrid cloud environment. Familiarity with Distributed Systems concepts and design. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment. Desirable Requirements Data driven mindset and experience of data analysis. Capacity to achieve proficiency in new tools, languages and frameworks with training and on-the-job experience. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL administration and queries, as well as LDAP directory service would be a plus.
