You'll be joining a newly formed cross-functional team that includes a Product Owner, statisticians, and a UX/UI specialist. You'll play a central role in shaping the technical direction, building the team, and delivering a scalable product. This is a balanced role that combines technical leadership with hands-on development — especially in the early stages. You will be expected to write production-grade code, make key architectural decisions, and mentor developers as the team grows.

Location: Poland (Warsaw – hybrid work, 2–3 days per week on site)
Travel: 2–3 trips per year to Denmark (approx. 1 week each)
