Required Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software engineering, system design, or solution architecture (financial industry experience is a plus). Basic understanding of banking operations (e.g., customer accounts, cards, payments, onboarding). Familiarity with architecture concepts such as: Microservices and APIs Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) Security and Identity (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, IAM) Preferred Skills: Experience with Core Banking Systems Understanding of event streaming platforms (Kafka, Azure Event Hub). Knowledge of data flows and ETL pipelines in a banking environment. Strong documentation and presentation skills. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
