Your profile: Excellent communication skills in English on a business level. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Administrator in a corporate environment. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint and a general affinity for technology. Strong attention to detail and taking notes, also timeline reminders. Proactive approach and a strong focus on assistance and problem-solving. Hands-on experience with contract set-up processes, including preparation, review, coordination of agreements, as well as billing and invoicing procedures to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal competences. Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including opportunity management, adding and maintaining customer accounts and contacts (familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a strong plus).
