Must-Have 5+ years of experience building back-end systems in Python. Strong knowledge of Django or FastAPI. Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining apps on AWS. Solid understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, and database modeling (PostgreSQL / MySQL). Experience with CI/CD and Git-based workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills in English and experience working in cross-functional teams. Nice-to-Have Experience with async / event-driven systems (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka). Knowledge of Terraform or other IaC tools. Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
