Requirements:

  • Advanced business analysis techniques: use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria
  • Strong process modeling and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with UX principles, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure), and the User-Centered Design process
  • High level of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making influence
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams, mentor others, and drive project outcomes
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and their distinctions
  • Experience in requirements traceability and change management
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Slack, Zoom
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

  • Experience or exposure to Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, ServiceNow)

Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic initiative within the Manufacturing Technologies product line. This role requires deep expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ideally Pharma Suite, and solid experience working in validated environments such as the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of self-organization, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Project Scope:
The Business Analyst will work across multiple products and teams to gather and define business and technical requirements, support system usability improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including developers, testers, architects, and UX designers. The candidate will also support the Product Manager with project coordination tasks when required.
