Must Have elvárások: PHP és OOP magabiztos használata, modern Laravel 10 keretrendszerrel; Elasticsearch production tapasztalat; PostgreSQL erős tudás (sématervezés, indexek, teljesítmény, tranzakciók/lockok,partíciók); Git mindennapi használata; Backend fókusz, API-k (REST/GraphQL) tervezése és üzemeltetése; Jira (vagy hasonló) munkaszervező eszköz ismerete; Magyar nyelvtudás (folyékony), angol (minimum középfok, technikai kommunikáció). Előnyt jelent: Redis (cache) ismerete; Horizon/Streams alapok; CI/CD eszközök és gyakorlat (CI/GitHub Actions, Jenkins, release-stratégia); Workflow rendszerek ismerete. Olyan backend mérnököt keresünk, aki production környezetben bizonyított Elasticsearch, PHP (Laravel) és PostgreSQL stackkel. Nagy forgalmú, keresés‐ és adatintenzív rendszereken fogsz dolgozni, ahol számít a skálázás, a megbízhatóság és a tiszta kód. A technikai tudás mellett kiemelten fontos, hogy rendelkezz az alábbiakkal: Problem solving – komplex üzleti és technikai problémák szisztematikus feltárása és megoldása. Communication skills – világos, tömör írásbeli és szóbeli kommunikáció magyarul és angolul. SOLID principles / Design patterns – tiszta architektúra, tesztelhetőség, karbantarthatóság. Critical thinking – adatokon alapuló döntések, alternatívák és kockázatok mérlegelése. Kicsit bővebben rólunk: Agilis módszertanban dolgozunk: közösen tervezzük meg a fejlesztéseket, a kódotfolyamatosan frissítjük és refaktoráljuk. A feladatokat előre tervezetten ütemezzük; extrém szoros határidők ritkán vannak. Fontos a közös felelősségvállalás és az együttműködés: valós üzleti igényekre reagálva, a saját termékünkhöz illeszkedőmegoldásokat építünk – olyanokat, amelyekre később büszke lehetsz.
