Required Skills Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+). Demonstrable experience with web animation libraries, particularly GSAP. A keen eye for motion, detail, and the ability to create fluid, polished user experiences. An inquisitive and flexible mindset, with a strong desire to solve challenging problems and learn new techniques. Preferred Skills Frameworks & Styling: Experience with modern tools like Astro, React, or Svelte, and utility-first CSS like Tailwind CSS. Design & Prototyping: Familiarity with translating assets from tools like Figma, Framer, Rive, or After Effects into code. AI & Automation: A keen interest in automating creative workflows using AI, including familiarity with tools like ComfyUI. Advanced Graphics & Performance: Experience with web graphics libraries (e.g., Three.js, Babylon.js, Pixi.js) and an interest in underlying technologies like WebGL, WebGPU, Canvas, GLSL, or WASM. Development Workflow: Experience with Markdown and Git for documentation and version control. A portfolio showcasing creative coding projects or complex interactive work.
