Plan and coordinate implementation with software development and cross-functional teams., End-to-End Onboarding & Master Data Processes: Design and implement seamless onboarding processes for retail and corporate clients, integrating AI-based validation, risk-driven workflows, and auditable process chains—from initial contact to data capture and activation., KYC & Compliance Framework: Develop and continuously refine all KYC/AML-related process components, fully integrated across all front- and backend systems., Data Requirements & Quality Assurance: Define and validate all necessary data points including data quality management, completeness checks, and consistency rules., User Authentication & Access Control: Design secure, scalable authentication and authorization systems—for example, for complex corporate structures, pricing and risk models, and role-based access controls., API Data Flows & Interface Logic: Manage structured, traceable, and highly available end-to-end data exchanges with external systems (e.g., identity verification providers, trading platforms, AML tools) and our API layer., Regulatory Compliance & Process Monitoring: Implement and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks (BaFin, AMLA, eWpG, FATF) both in daily operations and within the system architecture.
