We are seeking a talented Associate Data Steward to become a vital part of our dynamic Data Assets, Analytics, and AI Platform at Bayer Consumer Health. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our core data assets across various domains, ensuring their completeness, semantics and quality. You will work closely with Data Analysts other Data Stewards and cross- functional teams to enable our data analytics solutions, enhance the strategic value of our data assets and enable cutting-edge AI solutions and support data-driven decision-making. ,[Data Verification & Cleansing: Review incoming data files and ensure proper mapping and quality standards are met., Data Mapping & Research: Identify and assign correct attributes based on existing mapping knowledge, online data, and consultation with subject matter experts., Tool Utilization: Use Excel and other internal data management systems for data loading, and mapping/standardization., Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on data sources, processes, and mapping guidelines., Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks to detect and correct errors, inconsistencies, or duplications in data., Collaboration: Work closely with other Data Stewards, Data Analysts, and cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and optimize workflows.] Requirements: SQL Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, Bike parking.
