We are seeking an experienced Creative Lead / Executive Manager to lead a multidisciplinary design team in a global, dynamic environment. Responsibilities

As the Creative Lead / Executive Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and execution of branding and communication projects. You will ensure design quality, consistency, and alignment with the organization's global brand strategy, working closely with cross-regional stakeholders and creative teams.


  • Manage creative projects from concept to delivery (print, digital, presentations, internal/external campaigns).


  • Define and execute cohesive visual directions that reflect the organization's brand strategy.


  • Mentor and develop junior designers, fostering a culture of creative excellence.


  • Collaborate with communication, marketing, and business teams across regions.


  • Contribute to strategic brand initiatives and corporate communication efforts.


  • Integrate modern design technologies and workflows (including AI-based tools) to enhance team productivity and output quality.
