  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
  • 5-8 years of backend development experience
  • Proficient in Go, Python, Spark, PySpark, R, Node.js
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, and distributed systems
  • Familiar with monitoring, observability, and fault tolerance best practices
  • Experience with Anti-Financial Crime tech, e.g., KYC/CDD, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening
  • Working knowledge of Palantir Foundry
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Git
  • Familiar with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and secure web development principles
  • Residing in Poland required
  • Very good English communication skills
