Minimum of 2–5 years in L2 application support Working knowledge of .NET/C++, fundamentals of OOP, and SQL basics. ITSM/ITIL exposure (ServiceNow or similar); comfortable with shifts/weekends and on-call. Clear written documentation habits; good stakeholder communication. German B2+ and English B2+; Monitoring/APM (Prometheus/Grafana/App Insights), scripting (PowerShell/Python), Linux shell. Deployment tooling and basic networking/Windows Server/IIS knowledge.
