Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • At least 6 years of hands-on backend development experience, including at least 2 years with Python (Django experience is a must).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing robust and scalable products, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch) is required
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage requirements from the early phases through to full implementation, taking end-to-end ownership of projects.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
