Wymagania – Must Have

  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w inżynierii oprogramowania backend
  • Doświadczenie w budowie złożonych, skalowalnych systemów
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Java (17/21) i Spring Boot 3.x
  • Doświadczenie z PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate
  • Wiedza o architekturach: Modular Monolith, Microservices, Hexagonal, Layered
  • Doświadczenie z AWS (EKS, EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, Aurora, DynamoDB itd.)
  • Praktyczna znajomość Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins (Groovy)
  • Znajomość CI/CD, TDD, SOLID, Clean Code, wzorców projektowych (GoF)
  • Umiejętność projektowania API oraz pracy z RDBMS i NoSQL
  • Wiedza o Observability, Resilience, Scalability, Logging
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołu technicznego i podejmowaniu decyzji architektonicznych
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i pracy w zespole
  • Bardzo dobrą znajomość j. angielskiego - praca w międzynarodowym środowisku

Wymagania – Nice to Have

  • Podstawowa znajomość technologii frontend (JavaScript, React, NPM, Webpack, Babel)
  • Znajomość różnych szkół testowania (Mockist, Detroit/Chicago)
  • Doświadczenie w Functional & Non-Functional Testing
  • Znajomość decyzjnych frameworków (np. RAPID)
  • Wiedza o metrykach DORA, SLAs/SLOs/SLIs i Root Cause Analysis

Poszukujemy Tech Leada Backend z silnym zapleczem w programowaniu backendowym, podstawową znajomością technologii frontendowych oraz doświadczeniem w obszarze SRE/DevOps. Będziesz rozwijać i utrzymywać kluczowe systemy backendowe, prowadzić zespół inżynierów, wspierać ich rozwój i dbać o najwyższe standardy inżynieryjne. W pracy stawiamy na równowagę pomiędzy samodzielnością a współpracą – blisko współdziałamy z Principal Engineerami, innymi Tech Leadami i Head of Engineering.
