  • You have experience with project delivery and team leadership, ensuring that sales promises translate into successful outcomes.
  • You bring experience in marketing technology, ideally across enterprise-level marketing solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Adobe), and understand how they connect to CRM and customer data.
  • You enjoy developing people, mentoring consultants, and building high-performing teams.
  • You communicate fluently in English; other languages are an asset.
  • You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related fields.

We are now looking for a MarTech Leader who will play a pivotal role in developing Deloitte’s marketing technology, offering and driving new sales opportunities. This is a leadership position in our growing MarTech practice, combining sales, client leadership, and team development. Unlike pure sales roles, this position requires someone who can contribute substantively to discussions with CMOs and CIOs, translate client challenges into MarTech solutions, and help design innovative engagement models.

Deloitte Digital is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager & Team Lead for its growing digital marketing practice.

Location: Warsaw, Łódź.
