At least 3 years of experience developing automation solutions with UiPath. Understanding of RPA lifecycle, from process assessment to production support. Experience working in complex, regulated environments (preferably healthcare, life sciences, or public sector). Knowledge of API integration, data management, and orchestration workflows. Strong analytical and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders. Fluent in English AND Polish Certification in UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Solution Architect is an advantage.
