• A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Previous experience in Record to Report processes.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant courses would be an asset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Model of work: remote or hybrid from the office in Łódź (2-3 days per week from the office)
