  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect in industrial automation or related fields
  • Solid knowledge of ICS technologies: PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, Batch & Discrete Manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, OPC, BACnet, IoT gateways
  • Technologies and tools such as PCS7, Delta V, Desigo, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Emerson, Solace, HiveMQ, DataHub
  • Familiarity with GxP, GMP, GAMP, V-Model, and validation practices in regulated industries
  • Experience with cloud and edge computing, data integration, cybersecurity
  • Proficiency with Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools like SNOW, JIRA, Git
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team and strong communication skills in English

About the project:

We’re looking for an OT (Operational Technology) Solution Architect to support two greenfield manufacturing projects in the pharmaceutical sector (China and the US). The role includes designing scalable, modular architectures for industrial control systems (ICS), ensuring compliance with global IT/OT standards, and actively contributing to digitalization and automation efforts. You’ll be part of a cross-functional, EU-based Agile team working in CET time zone. The initial contract runs until the end of the year, with a strong chance for long-term extension.
