Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum Requirement: 2+ years of Android application development experience in a startup or collaborative team environment.  Preferred: 10+ years of experience delivering robust Android applications, ideally in senior roles with proven leadership in technical development.   
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Kotlin programming with deep experience in Jetpack Compose.  Sound knowledge of the Android SDK, application lifecycle, and Android Studio.  Familiar with architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI) and modern development practices (RESTful APIs, Git version control, CI/CD pipelines). 
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote, agile environment.  Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality software.  Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote setting.  Client communications could also be required in the future. 
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
