Database Administrator DB2

Proven hands-on experience in DB2 migrations, version upgrades, and platform transitions.Strong understanding of DB2 infrastructure components: storage, memory management, logging, HADR, clustering, and replication.Experience with DB2 fix packs, patches, and OS compatibility considerations.Cross-platform database expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle is a plus.Solid knowledge of backup & recovery strategies.Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for complex DB2 infrastructure issues.Ability to work in a multi-customer, multi-platform environment with global delivery models.
