Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Strong expertise in Business Rules, Workflows, and MDF Objects configuration. Proficiency in managing Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Solid understanding of Data Models and XML configuration. Experience in release management, including testing and regression analysis. Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: SuccessFactors EC certification (highly desirable).
