 Join our team as an Application Operation Engineer 

In your role as Application Engineer, you will be a member of an international team who are developing, maintaining and operating a new application around individual payments transactions.

You will be responsible for understanding applications, data flows and their business purpose to integrate new modules, changes, or releases and responsible for the whole operations. You will support various installation instances (integration/acceptance and production environment).

Team and your main task are to ensure processing and transport of deployment packages from development to production environments and to maintain stable operation of production. You will handle incidents, problems and changes, communicate with developers, as well as other operation teams.

,[You are involved in all steps in the lifecycle of a software development starting with:, , 1. You act as a broker between the user's side (collect, evaluate and analyze requests for error corrections and enhancements), and the vendor of the payment's software, who must fulfill those requests., 2. After dispatch of the vendor's software solutions, you are able to verify and rate the delivery, and perform first technical tests., 3. Creating technical documentation and ad-hoc reports, 4. Implementation of change request in the production process via CI/CD-Pipeline., 5. Assurance of interrupted availability of the systems and applications., 6. Manual intervention in automatic processes in conjunction with the product managers or on request., 7. Handling of changes/incidents/problems with ticketing systems., 8. Conceptional tasks around technical solutions, data- and business-/process models., 9.
