The Transfer Pricing team supports the tax department and works closely with the Global Tax team and financial controllers. It provides support on analysis of entities P&Ls, prepares monthly/quarterly analysis of costs allocations between Motorola Subsidiaries. At Year End it is involved in Transfer Pricing analysis and calculation of necessary adjustments to achieve expected profitability targets. ,[ Preparing and booking various Intercompany charges in accordance with the Company’s transfer pricing policies, Conduct periodic reviews of Intercompany fees to ensure proper implementation of multilateral service agreements between Motorola entities, Analyze Miscellaneous Income and Expense Accounts, Perform profitability analysis of EMEA and APAC entities in the scope of assigned responsibilities, Calculating and booking transfer pricing adjustments, Preparing P&L forecasts  by legal entity for the purpose of calculation Effective Tax Rates, Transfer price factors maintenance for APAC/EMEA region, Preparing mappings used for CbCR purposes, Conduct Benchmarking studies for Intercompany transactions, Drive process improvement, automation and technology implementation throughout the transfer pricing operations and compliance processes, Support in preparation of transfer pricing documentation, Cooperate with Tax Team on ad hoc queries/analysis, Liaison with auditors on audits of transfer pricing transactions] Requirements: Accounting, VBA, MS Excel, Tableau, Alteryx Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Free coffee, No dress code, Bike parking, Canteen, In-house trainings, Free parking, Modern office.
