Your profile: Project Experience: At least 6 years of proven success in managing and implementing international IT ERP projects, with a strong focus on S/4HANA cloud migration. Expertise in Project Controlling: Expert knowledge in time and resource planning, cost calculation, and benefits realization analysis. Professional Background; Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, proven professional projec management experience or certification (ideally PMP, PgMP, or equivalent). Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills paired with a strategic, conceptual mindset—capable of breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions and driving effective change management across diverse stakeholder groups. Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in operating at the interface between business and Corporate Functions including IT, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and confidently to different audiences. Work Ethic & Organization: Structured, independent, and reliable working style, complemented by flexibility and strong organizational talent. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - fluent in English (written and spoken). Methodological Competence: Broad experience in formal project management, including planning, controlling, and monitoring using both classic and agile methodologies. Mobility: Willingness to travel 4 days per month on average and within Europe.
