You are the right person for the role if you:

  • Min. 4 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a preference for indirect category sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to engage effectively with suppliers.
  • Proven experience in client management and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Hands-on expertise with e-sourcing tools such as Ariba or similar platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of conducting Spot Buys and supplier contract analysis.
  • Fluency in English and German, with strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with contract structures, including key clauses and legal terms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving performance objectives.
