GuideVision, an Infosys company, is expanding its newly established Practices & Products department — and we're looking for a dynamic Resource Partner Manager to join us in building a brand-new revenue stream focused on external contractor reselling. 

This is a results-driven, high-impact role perfect for someone with deep experience in vendor management, resource planning, and business development. You'll be responsible for shaping how we work with third-party suppliers, promoting our services internally, and helping deliver top-tier external talent to support our project team. 

The Resource Partner Manager is responsible for creating competitive resource offerings, maintaining supplier relationships, and effectively promoting our services within the internal market. This role's main objectives are to meet financial targets, enhance the visibility of our services, and ensure the delivery of high-quality resources.

This position reports to the Head of Practices and Products and requires close collaboration with other firm functions, such as procurement, resourcing, HR, and business development.
