  • Podstawowa znajomość systemów operacyjnych Windows i/lub Linux,
  • Umiejętność diagnozowania i rozwiązywania typowych problemów sprzętowych i programowych,
  • Znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office i narzędzi zdalnego wsparcia (np.TeamViewer, AnyDesk),
  • Podstawowa znajomość tematyki sieci komputerowych (adresacja IP, DHCP, DNS),
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2.

Dodatkowymi atutami będą:

  •    Posiadanie certyfikatów branżowych (np. CompTIA+, MicrosoftCertified: Fundamentals lub inne podstawowe certyfikaty IT),
  •    Znajomość języków skryptowych.
