Requirements
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in an architecture or technical lead role. 
  • Strong expertise in:

    Java/JEE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot

    Hibernate, Kafka, Apache Camel (CXF) 
    REST/SOAP Web Services 
    Microservices architecture and deployment 

     
  • Background in insurance domain (e.g., life, health, P&C, claims, underwriting). 
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-scale integrations and system interactions. 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. 
  • Comfortable communicating across cultures and technical levels. 

Preferred skills:

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). 
  • Understanding of insurance core systems architecture and data structures. 
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and international delivery models. 
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular/React) is a plus. 
  • Language skills in German, French, or Spanish are a bonus. 
  • Technical or industry certifications (e.g., Java, AWS, insurance certifications) are desirable.
