Requirements At least 5 years of relevant, similar industry-specific experience in business development. Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts for Tier-1/2 IT services or product engineering companies. Exposure to selling across Europe with additional experience in UK, Middle East, and North America markets. Strong experience in solution-led selling, multi-stakeholder management, and large deal pursuits. Deep understanding of enterprise transformation drivers in industries like BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, and High-Tech. Impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiations skills. Proven ability to plan and execute a strategy for selling new services. Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+), Polish not required.
