This role is an opportunity to:

• Lead smaller teams, acting as a technical leader on autonomous projects.
• Take full ownership of delivering high-quality Android applications for global brands like Żabka, HEBE, Superpharm, LPP (Sinsay, Reserved), eobuwie, Biedronka, and many others.
• Share knowledge and expertise, actively supporting the growth of junior colleagues through daily work and internal tech meetups.
• Co-create coding standards and best practices within the company, elevating the quality of all projects.

What we're looking for:

At this level, we expect you to have in-depth knowledge of most of these tools and to be able to justify the choice of appropriate solutions. As a Senior, you will have a decisive influence on the tech stack in newly created projects.
