Technical Leader – Mobile App Development

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Technical Leader – Mobile App Development (.NET MAUI) and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the medical area.As a Technical Leader, you will oversee the technical direction and architecture of a mobile application developed with .NET MAUI. You will lead a team of developers, ensure best practices, and collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver a secure, scalable, and high-quality solution. ,[Define and implement the technical architecture for a mobile app built from scratch., Lead and mentor a team of .NET MAUI developers, Ensure compliance with medical industry standards and data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), Collaborate with UX Lead, QA, and product teams to align technical and business goals, Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines, Participate in stakeholder meetings and technical workshops (including travel to Germany 1–2 times per month)] Requirements: .NET MAUI, .NET, Azure Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Small teams.
