Ideal candidate profile
  • A university degree in law from an accredited institution; certification as a lawyer is preferred. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Polish law is essential. 
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must. 
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible legal experience, preferably within the life sciences sector. 
  • Strong expertise in commercial and life sciences law, particularly within the agricultural industry. 
  • Proven track record in managing cross-departmental projects in a complex international environment. 
  • Exceptional ability to handle multiple legal projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and strategic alignment. 
  • Proficiency in drafting and managing legal documents and agreements in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to legal issues. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, collaborative relationships.
