  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a solid background in any major technology stack (e.g., .NET, Node.js, Java, Python, React, or similar)
  • Min. 6 months of hands-on use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Aider, Cline or similar) in production workflows
  • Portfolio with examples of AI-assisted projects (GitHub or other repository required)
  • Knowledge of RAG: what it is, why it’s used, what problems it solves
  • Knowledge of Vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) or databases with vector capabilities (e.g., pgvector in PostgreSQL): what it is, why it’s used, what problems it solves
  • Proven ability to leverage AI assistants for real business value – including code samples
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)
Nice to have:
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, pgvector)
  • Experience building RAG workflows (chatbots, document QA, semantic search)
  • Experience with AI code review workflows
  • Track record of mentoring teams in AI practices
  • Ability to fine-tune or train models

Key Technologies:
