  • 6+ years of significant experience with JavaScript & Node.js.
  • Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience in ECMAScript, HTML5, SCSS, and modern stack like Babel and Webpack.
  • Familiarity with Micro Frontend architecture and module federation packages.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with building common packages.
  • Demonstrated ability to share technical innovations and best practices with teams.
  • Strong team player with a keen eye for design and practical UX/UI experience.
  • Proven ability to tackle new challenges and think creatively to solve problems.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with performance optimization and profiling tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Team Leader to guide a talented team of developers working with the latest technologies to create high-performance, scalable, and intuitive applications.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring your team, and ensuring that best practices are followed across both front-end and back-end development. The technology stack includes React, Node.js, Micro Frontend Architecture, Cloud Platforms, and modern CI/CD pipelines, offering a collaborative and forward-looking development environment.
