Wide-ranging experience across tech stacks with selective depth, ideally gained through 5–10 years in software engineering and product development Prior experience managing small technical teams (3–5 people), with strong mentoring and leadership capabilities Tech stack: C#, .NET, Python, Azure SQL Databases, Azure Cloud, Node.js, Blazor, configuration of Azure environments Ability to assess and select appropriate technologies based on customer and product context Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Fluent English Nice to have Experience with artificial intelligence features and digital twin technologies Background in public infrastructure or civil engineering consulting Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development Exposure to customer engagement platforms and tools for public feedback Demonstrated success working in distributed, multinational environments, especially across North America At Jacobs, we're embarking on an exciting journey as we initiate the development of our Digital & Data Hub in the heart of Krakow.
