Business Analyst @

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a clear long-term commitment to the BA profession
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability — able to take initiative, work independently, and drive tasks to completion
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI for business data visualization
• Strong SQL proficiency (daily use, complex queries across multiple tables; proficiency must be demonstrated during the interview)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (essential for gathering business requirements)
• Proven ability to analyze then translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for development teams
• Experience in analyzing and assessing software/tools to determine fit and efficiency within business workflows
• Solid understanding of business processes and ability to quickly learn and map workflows
• Ability to build strong relationships with both IT and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Working knowledge of IT principles and information security standards (ISO 27001)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking highly motivated junior business analysts to help with the development and maintenance of our Affinitext software delivered to our valued clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, hands-on experience in SQL and PowerBI, and a working knowledge of IT practices. Our colleague will help identify business needs and facilitate their implementation.

Full-time employee status is available for those with Hungarian residency, but contract-based collaboration (e.g., sole entrepreneur or Ltd.) is available to anyone.

This role requires exceptional collaborative working and communication skills.
