In this position, you’ll own complex projects end-to-end and play a critical part in solving meaningful problems, with opportunities to shape architecture and mentor others. The role is based in our Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers who love solving impactful problems. Hybrid type of work (3 days office, 2 days remote) Salary & Compensation At monday.com, our total compensation package includes: Base salary Bonus target Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) The total target monthly compensation for this role ranges from 45,000 PLN to 53,000 PLN.
