Business Analyst @ Mindbox Sp.z.o.o.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on cybersecurity projects. Knowledge of Third-Party Security Review processes in/for financial institutions is preferred but not essential. Proven track record in cybersecurity transformation initiatives (e.g., cloud security, identity management, incident response). Experience with stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated expertise in analysing cybersecurity-related data and translating it into actionable insights. Experience in third-party risk management, vendor assessments, or contract oversight in a cybersecurity context. Required Skills Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies. Language(s):  English written and spoken.
