Senior Software Engineer I

What skill are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Willing to come into our Kraków or Gdańsk office 2-3 times per week. 5+ years of experience in software engineering. Prior work on distributed systems and event driven architectures. SQL and relational database proficiency is a firm requirement, PostgreSQL preferred. Python proficiency is required; expertise is preferred but strong candidates with a desire to learn more Python will be considered. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a production environment. Perfect candidate also has:  Working in a financial or another sensitive and regulated domain. AWS services (RDS, S3, etc,). Kubernetes and other modern devops practices including CI/CD. Mongo, Redis or other NoSQL databases is a plus. Snowflake, Airflow, and other data engineering tools. FastAPI, Pydantic, Celery.
