- 5+ years of working experience in Knowledge Management and/or QA function.
- Experience in people management and leading a team (team leader, backup TL, coordinator).
- Capable of quick learning and delivering quality solutions as an individual and as part of the team.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA applications.
- Fluent level of English.
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- Attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

YOUR ROLEQuality Management Team Leader will be part of the client service delivery team and will be responsible for working with onshore client marketing and sales support teams to perform quality checks and audits of a range of sales support and marketing processes to identify any issues and ensure adherence to client requirements, also to provide an overview into the effectiveness of support by carrying out audits, process monitoring, and productivity reporting as well as to maintain structured corrective action and improvement methodologies for continuous improvement. The Team Leader will also supervise and manage a medium-sized team.
