  • Knowledge of IT service management processes (change control, incident/problem management, BCP).
  • Strong data analysis skills, including gathering insights from business and technical sources.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide technical leadership.

Principal SME – Network Access Control 

Contract Type: B2B
Work Mode: Hybrid – 6 days per month onsite in Kraków (preferred) or Warsaw

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Principal Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Network Access Control (NAC) to provide technical leadership, consultancy, and project delivery in the area of network access control technologies. This expert will play a key role in defining and implementing network security control strategies to help mitigate risks and threats across HSBC's global infrastructure.

The role sits within the Network Security function of the Global Defence organization, and is instrumental in shaping HSBC's NAC strategy, control frameworks, and future roadmap. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Capability Owner – NAC and the Head of Network Security to ensure strong technical governance and execution.
