Desired Experience: Proven leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a managing mid-size engineering team, preferably full stack Strong technical expertise in frontend (React) and backend (Python) development with proven track of record Hands-on experience in building distributed systems, scalable architectures, and data processing. Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data analytics platforms will be a plus. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket/Git) and agile methodologies (Kanban, weekly releases) . Excellent communication skills and ability to hire, mentor and grow engineering teams. Creativity and initiative in improving existing solutions and infrastructure. Experience in AdTech or programmatic advertising is a big plus. You Will: We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead experienced in leading engineering teams and designing complex systems to build and guide a newly strengthened engineering team. You will combine leadership with deep technical ownership, focusing on frontend, backend, and data layers.
