Join a small, senior, fully remote team solving deep technical challenges in the intersection of AI, automation, and native desktop development. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Desktop Developer to provide hands-on consulting and development for our voice-to-action automation platform. You’ll collaborate directly with our CTO to solve complex system-level challenges and help accelerate our product development.  Required Experience macOS Development: Objective-C and/or Swift with native API experience .NET Desktop: WinForms and WPF for Windows applications System-Level Programming: Audio capture, process monitoring, and OS integrations Cross-Platform Architecture: Building and maintaining apps for both Windows and macOS Key Technical Challenges Implementing device-level audio recording (VoIP-agnostic) Real-time audio processing with minimal latency Detecting active applications and system state Native OS integrations (permissions, notifications, background processes) Building performant, stable desktop applications Bonus Points Electron or similar cross-platform framework experience Audio/video processing applications Real-time data processing pipelines Experience with AI/ML integration in desktop apps Opportunity to build a product from early stages Work on challenging technical problems across web, mobile, and cloud Collaborate with experienced developers Gain deep AWS experience with cloud-native architecture Exposure to automation and voice technology Flexible development environment ,[Ability to dive into existing codebases and provide immediate value, Experience with native modules and system APIs, Strong architectural decision-making skills, Clear communicator who can mentor our CTO, Pragmatic problem-solver focused on shipping] Requirements: Objective-C, macOS, Swift, WinForms, .NET, Electron Additionally: International projects, Small teams.
